Are you ready to take on a key role in our team? We’re looking for a dedicated Supervisor who will play a vital part in supporting our operations manager. Your mission: ensuring that our service delivery not only aligns with contract terms but consistently exceeds our clients’ expectations.

Key Responsibilities

*Supervise daily operations, and the frequency will depend on the account size. Perform remote staff monitoring in the mornings if the need arises.

*Weekly planning of cleaning service schedules.

*Ensuring compliance with the cleaning schedule

*Conduct regular inspections to evaluate cleaning quality.

*Supervising payroll, including monitoring employee performance and conduct evaluations during their crucial first two months.

*Ensure payroll is within budget.

*Managing the purchase of cleaning materials, tools, and equipment efficiently.

*Focus on strategies for employee retention.

*Monitor and maintain delivery of cleaning materials, tools, and equipment.

*Improving processes continuously.

*Ensure Customer Satisfaction by meeting and exceeding their expectations.

*Strong decision-making skills regarding personnel and clients.

*Ensure that administrative processes for personnel management and coverage are rigorously followed.

*New Cleaners Hiring Process: Participate in the hiring process of new cleaners. Monitor their performance and conduct evaluations during the first two months.

Requirements

-Fulfill daily tasks within the scope of the service.

-Prioritize customer satisfaction.

-Be available to work 8 hours a day.

-Be open to morning client visits or covering for employees when needed.

-Conduct employee evaluations and interviews.

-Demonstrate effective leadership and personnel management skills.

-Complete level 5 online training within the first month of employment.

-Proficiency in both English and Spanish.

-Previous experience as a cleaning supervisor or team leader.

-Possess a valid driver’s license.

-Authorization to work in the United States.

-Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

-Problem-solving abilities.

-Effective time and task management skills.

-Organizational skills.

-Intermediate knowledge in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

-Flexibility to work on projects during mornings or weekends.

Schedule and Benefits

Monday through Friday, 4:00 PM to 12:00 AM (with flexibility). Weekends, if necessary.
